Shipping policy

 Processing and pickup:

We process orders Monday through Saturday. Orders placed between Saturday night and Sunday will be processed but picked up by our courier partner on the following Monday.

Estimated delivery time:

Metro Manila: 2–3 business days

Luzon: 3–5 business days

Visayas and Mindanao (VIS-MIN): 5 to 7 business days

Shipping Costs:

Metro Manila charges ₱100.

Provincial (Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao): ₱200 flat rate.

Tracking:

Metro Manila: One day before your order's scheduled delivery date, you will receive a text message confirming it.

Provincial (outside Metro Manila): When your order is finalized, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this tracking number to trace your shipment on the courier's website.

International Shipping:

We presently do not provide international shipping. We are actively looking for a reputable partner forwarder to provide on-demand worldwide delivery.
